At SIMPLY FURNITURE, we aim to make receiving your furniture as seamless and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Because many of our pieces are carefully sourced from trusted manufacturers, processing times may vary by product.

Estimated processing times will be clearly stated on each product page. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on the product type, destination, and availability.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • In-stock items: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Made-to-order or bespoke items: 4–8 weeks
  • Trade or bulk orders: timelines confirmed individually

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as logistics delays, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Delivery method selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Method

Furniture items are delivered via specialist couriers experienced in handling large and delicate pieces. Smaller items may be shipped via standard courier services.

Delivery is typically to the ground floor or building entrance unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where applicable) so you can monitor its progress.

For larger furniture deliveries, our delivery partner may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify the courier if the damage is visible on time of delivery and/or notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. This allows us to resolve the matter quickly with the courier or manufacturer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
